Joshua Dressel
Chief Operating Officer
With over eight years of experience in the substance abuse field and more than nine years of personal sobriety, Joshua Dressel brings both professional expertise and lived experience to his work. A devoted father to a two-year-old daughter, Joshua finds joy in motorcycle rides, deer hunting, and spending time outdoors—but above all, he considers fatherhood his greatest gift. Joshua's passion for recovery work is rooted in his love for helping others rediscover hope and self-worth. He thrives on witnessing the moment someone realizes they deserve a better life and begins to believe in that possibility. For Joshua, Toledo holds a special place in his heart—it's where he once struggled, and it's where he found sobriety. Now, he's committed to showing others in the city that recovery is possible and that they, too, can build a brighter future.
Melissa
LICDC
Residential Director
Melissa is the Residential Director at Talbot Health Services. She comes to us with 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She is a two-time graduate of Wright State University where she earned a bachelor's in psychology and a Master's in Rehabilitation Counseling. Melissa is a LICDC in the state of Ohio and loves to teach and mentor new people to this field.
